Brother ‘beats sister to death’ in Narail

NARAIL, Jan 26 (UNB): Police arrested a man for allegedly beaten his sister to death at Kalinagar village in Naragati on Friday night.
The deceased was identified as Fatima Akhter, 19, daughter of Mokles Molla of the village.
Soon after the indecent, police arrested her elder brother Ripon Molla, 35, said Razab Ali, officer-in-charge of Naragati Police Station.
Ripon confessed over the murder saying that he first hit her in head and later dumped the body at a nearby water body, he said.
