BRRI to join int\\\'l rice congress to share experience

A delegation of senior scientists of Bangladesh Rice Research Institution (BRRI) are joining the International Rice Congress, which will be held from October 27 to November 1 this year in Bangkok, Thailand, reports BSS.
"A team of senior scientists, headed by the director (research) of BRRI, are participating in the Congress," BRRI director general Dr. Jibon Krishna Biswas told the news agency on Saturday.
He said a large number of scientists from different countries including Bangladesh, would present their latest research works and share the know-how in developing rice.
