BSB earns Tk 325.5m pre-tax profit

Bangladesh Shilpa Bank (BSB) has earned a pre-tax profit of Tk 325.5 million (32.55 crore) during the fiscal 2007-08. It was disclosed in the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank at its head office Tuesday with its Chairman Nazem Ahmad Choudhury in the chair. BSB Managing Director Mizanur Rahman informed the meeting that BSB recovered Tk 981.2 million exceeding the target of the fiscal. — UNB
