BSDI, Addvalue to work on skill dev in call centre business

Bangladesh Skill Develo-pment Institute (BSDI), one of the institutes of Daffodil Foundation, and Addvalue Training Solutions, one of the call centre training institutes of India, signed an agreement in the city recently, said a press release.
On signing of the agreement, BSDI and Addvalue will jointly work on skill development of the manpower of Bangladesh in the business of call centre, which is the part of information technology.
