BSF abducts Bangladeshi fisherman

SATKHIRA, June 30 (UNB): A Bangladeshi fisherman was abducted by Indian Border Security Force (BSF) from near Khanjia border in Kaliganj Upazila Saturday morning.
The abducted fisherman Alamgir Hossain (28) is a son of Abul Biswas of Nangla village in Devhata Upazila.
Sources said when Alamgir was fishing in river Icchamati inside Bangladesh territory BSF members of Barunhat camp intruded there and picked him up in the morning and took him to India.
BDR sources said they have sent a letter to BSF authority demanding return of the youth.
