BSF pick up Bangladeshi

Indian Border Security Force (BSF) personnel picked up a Bangladeshi young man from Baliaghat border point in Tahirpur Upazila in Sunamganj district on Friday. The victim was identified as Hazrat Ali, 35, a coal worker and son of Akkas Ali of Lakma village of the Upazila. Quoting locals, a Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) official said a group of BSF Battalion-73 troops of Shillong picked up Hazrat when he along with 10-12 others went to Koari hills of Meghalaya to bring coal in the morning. Subedar Golam Rouf of BGB Battalion-8 camp in Tekerghat also confirmed the incident, according to a news agency.
