BSF returns body of Bangladeshi cattle trader

BENAPOLE, June 5 (UNB): The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) Sunday handed over the body of a Bangladeshi cattle trader, who was shot dead by them Wednesday night.
The deceased was identified as Abdul Alim (35), son of Abdul Malek of Horinapota village of Sharsha Upazila in Jessore district.
Liakot Hossain, 22 Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) camp commander of Benapole check post, said that BSF jawans of Sutia camp fired several shots on a group of Bangladeshi cattle traders when they along with their cattle were returning to the country through Dhanyathola border Wednesday night.
One of them, Alim being hit by bullet died on the spot.
