BSRM officer dies

CHITTAGONG, Jan 07: An officer of a steel re-rolling mill died after being knocked down by an iron bar in the early hours today.
Chittagong Medical College Hospital police said Sheikh Md Obhi (35) succumbed to his injuries at 2.30 am. He was an officer of Bangladesh Steel Re-rolling Mills (BSRM) at Fouzderhat area of Sitakund in the district.
Police said Obhi was admitted to the hospital at 1.20 am after receiving severe injuries as he was injured by an iron bar at the factory.
He was the son of Sheikh Abdul Matin of Moulvibazar area on the Sultan Ahmed Road in Khulna district.
