BTTB realises Tk 12.33m in two months

BRAHMANBARIA, Sept 3: Bangladesh Telephone and Telegraph Board (BTTB), Brahmanbaria unit realised a record revenue of more than Tk 12.33 million (TK 1.23 crore) in the months of June and July this year.
In June, the revenue realised amounted to Tk 7.03 million and in July, Tk 5.3 million.
BTTB Brahmanbaria unit comprises Nasirnagar, Sarail, Ashuganj, Nabinagar, Banchh-arampur, Kasba, Akhaura and Kuti Bazar for convenience of revenue collection from those areas.
The department realised the amount of revenue from 5786 BTTB clients of nine exchanges. Of the total, 4362 clients are in Brahmanbaria district Town.
