Buddha Purnima celebrated in Cox's Bazar

COX'S BAZAR, May 11: The main religious festival of the Buddhists, the auspicious Buddha Purnima, was celebrated with due religious fervor in various Buddhist monasteries of Cox's Bazar.
Various religious rituals are being held in the Buddhist monasteries to observe the day.
On Sunday morning, various programmes including eighty-four thousand Dharmaskanda Puja, Sanghadan and Ashta Asyadan were held at the historic Rangkut Banashram Buddhist Monastery in Ramu.
