Budget session begins June 3

The second session of the 10th Jatiya Sangsad (parliament), which will clear the budget for the next fiscal, will begin on June 3. Finance Minister AMA Muhith might present his budget proposal for fiscal 2014-15 on Jun 5, a senior official at the Parliament Secretariat has said. Members of parliament will take part in discussing his proposals and pass the budget at the end of the month. President Abdul Hamid has convened the session to begin at 5pm on Jun 3. The 10thJS began its journey on January 29 and its maiden session ended on April 10, according to bdnews24.com.
