Budget session to continue till July 3

The budget session of the 10th parliament will continue till July 3 as Finance Minister AMA Muhith is set to place the national budget for fiscal 2014-15 on June 5 at 3:30 pm. The decision came at a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee of the current parliament held at the Jatiya Sangsad on Tuesday with committee Chairman and Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury in the chair. The session will start at 4 pm on each working day. It will sit in the morning on June 28 and 29. The budget for the 2014-15 fiscal will be passed on June 29, according to a news agency.
