Budget session to start on June 3

The second session of the 10th Parliament, which will clear the budget for the next fiscal, will begin on June 3.
Finance Minister AMA Muhith might present his budget proposal for fiscal 2014-15 on June 5, a senior official at the Parliament Secretariat told bdnews24.com.
Members of Parliament will take part in discussing his proposals and pass the budget at the end of the month.
President Abdul Hamid has convened the session to begin at 5pm on June 3, says a notice by the Parliament Secretariat.
The 10th national assembly began its journey on Jan 29, following a ‘controversial’ election, on Jan 5, boycotted by the BNP and its allies.
