CHITTAGONG, Nov 23: A five-storey apartment complex in Agrabad has tilted Tuesday sending residents in the neighbourhood scurrying for safety. Law-enforcers and fire-fighters have reached the scene at Road 17 in the CDA residential area in the port city. The police said the house 'Chand Nibas' belongs to one Sirajul Islam who lives in London.
