Burdwan blast: 3 suspected militants included in NIA list being hunted in BD

Three of the suspected militants included in the search list of Indian National Intelligence Agency (NIA) in connection with Burdwan bomb blast are also being hunted by Bangladeshi agencies in connection with the police killing in Trishal, Mymensingh.
Joint commissioner of Detective Branch (DB) Monirul Islam revealed this at a briefing at the Police headquarters Tuesday after a meeting between the visiting NIA delegation and high officials of the country’s law-enforcement agencies.
They are Jamaatul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) members Jahidul Islam alias Boma Mizan, Salauddin alias Saleheen alias Sunny and Faruk Hossain alias Jamai Faruk.
DB joint commissioner Monirul Islam said the names of Boma Mizan, Saleheen and Faruk are included in the suspected militants list given by the NIA Monday in connection with Burdwan blast. “We’re also searching them in connection with Trishal incident,” he added, according to a news agency.
