Burglar held with stolen idols

KHULNA, Mar 8 (UNB): Police in a drive Monday morning arrested a burglar along with three stolen idols, cash and jewelries of a temple at Old Gollamari area of the city. The arrested man was identified as Karim Khalifa, a resident of the area. Police recovered three stolen idols of Radha Madhab temple, cash Tk 2,500 and two and half tolas of gold ornaments from the house according to Karim's confessional statement. The idols, cash and gold ornaments were stolen from Radha Madhab temple.
