Bus helper burned in petrol bomb attack

The helper of a bus received burn injuries as miscreants hurled a petrol bomb at the vehicle in the city's Banasree area on Thursday evening.
Ashraf Uzaman, operation manager of Alif Paribahan, told UNB that the petrol bomb was thrown at a bus of their company near Al Razi Hospital of Banasree around 7:15 pm.
Soon, the bus caught fire Bappy, 22, the helper of the bus, suffered burn injuries while locals managed to douse the blaze, he said. The injured was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Ashraf added.
