Bus plunge kills 6 in Rangpur

RANGPUR, Apr 12: At least six people were killed and 22 others injured when a bus plunged into a roadside ditch on the Dhaka-Rangpur Highway in Pirganj Upazila early Saturday. The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately. The accident took place in Angra Bridge area when a Nilphamari-bound coach plunged into a roadside ditch as a stone-laden truck hit it from behind. — UNB
