Bus plunges into Rangpur ditch killing 4

At least four people were killed and 20 others injured when a bus plunged into a roadside ditch on Dhaka-Rangpur Highway at Pirganj upazila in Rangpur district on Saturday. The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately. Police said the accident took place at Angra Bridge at about 7:30 am when a bus plunged into a roadside ditch as its driver lost control over the steering, leaving four people dead on the spot and 20 others injured. The injured were rushed to Pirganj Upazila Health Complex, according to UNB.
