Bus-truck collision kills 2 in Jhenidah

Two people, including a young woman, were killed and 30 other people injured in a road accident in Kaliganj Upazila in Jhenidah district on Monday. One of the deceased was identified as Shirina, 19, while another could not be identified. Witnesses said a bus crashed into a truck coming from the opposite direction, leaving the two women dead on the spot and 30 others injured at Ishwarba on Kaliganj-Chuadanga road around 12 noon, according to UNB.
