BWCCI gets 'A' class chamber status

The Bangladesh Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BWCCI) received 'A class Chamber' status last Saturday from the apex trade body Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI).
"I am directed to inform you that the FBCCI has been pleased to accord affiliation of BWCCI as 'A' class chamber with immediate effect," secretary general of the chamber body said in a letter.
BWCCI was formed under a government gazette issued on June 20, 2001. Later in consideration of the performance BWCCI was granted Trade Organisation (TO) licence January 17, 2006.
