CA heads reconstituted Planning Commission

The interim government has reconstituted the Bangladesh Planning Commission with Chief Adviser Dr Yunus as its chairperson, report agencies.
Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed has been made alternative chairperson. The Cabinet Division issued a notification on Tuesday to this effect.
Planning Adviser Prof Wahiduddin Mahmud has been made commission's vice-chairperson, while the planning commission's members have been made the new commission's members.
Planning Division Secretary Iqbal Abdullah Harun has been made commission's member-secretary.
The commission's scope of work includes reviewing the overall economic situation of the country, finalizing drafts of the Annual Development Programme (ADP) and the Revised Annual Development Programme (RADP) for submission to the National Economic Council (NEC) for approval.
