Canada opens doors to int'l students

As a result of an aging population and an extremely low birth rate, the government of Canada has recently changed its immigration policy by placing those who are applying for study permits ahead of those applying for permanent residence from their home countries.
This, according to Mark Coote, international manager for South Asia for Centennial College, Toronto which specializes in under graduate and postgraduate business and technology programmes.
Coote said 'the purpose of my visit to Dhaka and Chittagong was to spread the word that Canada is now seeking young, bright, educated students from all over the world.' – Internet
