CBC workshop for corporate clients

Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, Bangladesh Operations has taken over an awareness programme for its valued corporate clients to enhance the knowledge of their staff members in regard to the matters relating to operational risk while handling cash and cheques.
The first of such programme was organised Wednesday for the concerned executives of Pran-RFL Group, one of the bank's most valued corporate customer, at the training room of CBC head office in Dhaka.
Head of the bank's Dhanmondi branch, Md Afzal Hamid, an experienced customer services manager, conducted the workshop while Mahmood Rashid, head of internal control, compliance and audit, responded to various questions raised by the participants.
