CBC workshop for its staff held

A day-long training workshop on 'Professional Salesmanship and Effective Key Account Management' organised by Commercial Bank of Ceylon (CBC) for its staff at its Corporate Office Training Centre in the city recently, said a press release.
The training workshop aimed to strengthen the skills and capacities of staff of CBC personal banking team, who are working at various branches and booths of the bank.
The workshop, which was interactive and participative, was conducted by Upali Mahanama, a renowned international marketing consultant and corporate trainer from Sri Lanka.
