CCC evicts 51 unauthorised establishments

CHITTAGONG, Aug 13: With a view to ensuring unhindered flow of water in the canals and drains and removing water logging problems in the city, Chittagong City Corporation (CCC) under its ongoing eviction programme, evicted a total of 51 unauthorised establishments built on both sides of about four kilometre long road from Meah Khan Nagar Bridge-based Chaktai Canal to Masterpool area.
