The 15th death anniversary of the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) founder president Gias Uddin Chowdhury will be observed today (Sunday).
His family members have organised Khatme Quaran and feeding the destitute at noon and Milad Mahfil after Asr prayer at his village home at Dulahazra, Chakoria, Chittagong in observance of his death anniversary, said a press release.
Gias Uddin Chowdhury was the founder of a number of business establishments including Setu Corporation Ltd., Setu Agro Industries Ltd., Shrimp and Fish Processing Plant Ltd. and Time Corporation Ltd.
