CCCI president talks with Santu Larma for dev of CHT tourist resort

CHITTAGONG, Dec 25 (UNB): President of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) President Murshed Murad Ibrahim met Jyotirindra Bodhipriya Larma (Santu Larma), chairman of Chittagong Hill Tracts Regional Council at Rangamati Friday to discuss issues of development in tourism. The CCCI Directors Mahfuzul Hoque Shah and Morshed Arif Chowdhury were also present with CCCI president. Murshed said that being the divisional chamber, CCCI is highly concerned about the development of Chittagong as well as Hill Tracts, a prime tourism location of the country. Chittagong Chamber is doing everything for attracting investment from home and abroad for tourism at Hill Tracts -- the most natural and resourceful area of the country along with Chittagong, Ibrahim said. Santu Larma welcomed the CCCI president and thanked him for his visit to Rangamati.
