CDBL HOLDS 25TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 25th Annual General Meeting of Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) was held at the DSE Tower in Dhaka on Wednesday, with CDBL Director AKM Habibur Rahman in the chair. Board of Directors of CDBL Naser Ezaz Bijoy, Md Shakil Rizvi, Niranjan Chandra Debnath, Md Harun-Or-Rashid, Nasir Uddin Ahmed (Pavel), Managing Director & CEO Md Abdul Mutaleb attended the meeting. The AGM approved 22% cash dividend.
