CDBL re-elects chairman, VC

Sheikh Kabir Hossain and A K M Nurul Fazal Bulbul have been reelected as chairman and vice chairman of the Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) respectively for next two years. They were reelected on Wednesday at the company's 18th annual general meeting (AGM) held at Dhaka Club. At the AGM, the company's shareholders also approved 25 per cent cash dividend earlier recommended by the board for the year ended on June 30, 2018. The CDBL chairman Sheikh Kabir Hossain presided over the AGM. Vice Chairman A K M Nurul Fazal Bulbul and board members Syed Shahriyar Ahsan, Professor Dr. Abul Hashem, Sajjad Hussain, Md. Obayed Ullah Al Masud and Managing Director & CEO Mr. Shuvra Kanti Choudhury were also present at the AGM.
