A two-day CDCS-Shasthya Sheba workshop titled "Promoting Customer Responsiveness in the Healthcare Sector of Bangladesh" will be held at the city's Hotel Summer Palace from today (Tuesday).
The event will be organised by Centre for Development and Competitive Strategies (CDCS) in collaboration with swisscontact-KATALYST as continuation of a series of such programmes. The objective of the workshop is to build capacity and create awareness about promoting customer responsive culture in healthcare organisations.
President of the Diabetic Association of Bangladesh AK Azad Khan will remain present as the chief guest at the opening session while Ibrahim Medical College Adviser KM Farid Uddin as the chief guest at the certificate awarding ceremony.
