CDF-organised workshop ends

Credit and Development Forum (CDF) organised a day-long training workshop on Asia Invest: Linking European Funds And Asian MFIs (micro finance institutions).
CDF Chairman Atiur Rahman presided over the workshop, while founder and President of ASA, a non-government organisation, and former adviser to the caretaker government Md Shafiqual Haque Choudhury was present as the chief guest.
A total of 70 executive directors/senior officers/executive chiefs from different MFIs and banks took part in the workshop.
PlaNet Finance of France was the finance partner of the workshop.
Regional Technical Adviser of the PlaNet Finance for Asia Connie Hina facilitated the whole session.
Speaking on the occasion, both the chairman and the chief guest laid emphasis on technical and financial cooperation between Bangladesh MFIs and the European funds.
