CENTRAL INSURANCE HOLDS 38TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Central Insurance PLC, a non-life insurance company, held its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on a digital platform on Thursday, with its Chairman Mohammad Masud Hossain in the chair. Members of the Board of Directors, Independent Director Abu Sayed Majumder, Chief Executive Officer Md Nakibur Rahman Khan and Chief Financial Officer Md Abul Hasanat attended the meeting moderated by Company Secretary Md Nur-ul-Alam. At the meeting, shareholders approved a 12 per cent cash dividend for 2025.
