Chairman of Union Capital re-elected

Mr. Chowdhury Tanzim Karim (Barrister-at-Law), has been re-elected as the Chairman of Union Capital Limited in a recent meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company.  
Mr. Karim is a practicing lawyer specializing in company, commercial, banking and securities law.  Mr. Karim is the Head of Chamber at C.T. Karim & Partners, a Dhaka- based law firm primarily engaged in dealing with civil matters. He has been providing legal services to a number of leading banks, financial institutions, merchant banks and asset management companies in Bangladesh.
He obtained his LL.B degree from Cardiff University, UK and Diploma-in-Law from University of London.
