Challenges facing the youth

Many businesses have collapsed during the Covid-19 pandemic. While senior members of families are suffering as a result of income erosion, the younger ones are facing uncertainties due to lack of opportunities. When the youths are supposed to realize their future leadership role, they are facing an unprecedented crisis and tests unlike other generationsin whose case the transition was rather smooth.
Therefore, we believe, the youth force of Bangladesh should be readied for taking up the next challenges. Apart from creating sufficient number fjobs, the youngsters should be provided with internship opportunities in various offices, factories, social and developmental organisations, and business entities so that they can generate ideas and gain confidence.
