The Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge passed the order on Tuesday afternoon. Earlier in the day, the court accepted the charge-sheet in blogger Rajib murder case. Passing the order, the court also sent the case to the 4th additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for initiating the trial. On February 15 last year, Rajib was stabbed to death near his house at Palash Nagar at Mirpur. Police submitted the charge-sheet to the court against 8 people, including Shaikhul Hadith Mufti Jasimuddin Rahmani, chief of Ansarullah Bangla Team, and half a dozen students of North South University, according to a news agency.
