Charge to be framed on Jan 25

MYMENSINGH, Nov 27 (UNB): A special court, designed to try last year's BDR mutiny, today fixed charge framing dates against 42 members of Mymensingh sector headquarters and 45 Rifles Battalion under the sector.
BDR Kushtia Sector Commander Colonel Nazrul Islam Sarkar, head of three-member panel of judges, announced that charges would be framed on January 15 against all the accused, prosecuted in two separate cases filed last year after February 25-26 mutiny.
All the accused were produced before the court, set up at Mymensingh Sector Headquarters.
