Charges against war criminals soon: Kamrul

State Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Kamrul Islam has said charges against identified war criminals will be framed soon.
"War crime trials will be held during the tenure of the present government", he added.
He was addressing a discussion meeting organised by the Bangabandhu Academy at the city's Dhaka Reporters Unity Sunday, reports bdnews24.com.
The state minister alleged that opposition Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) was conspiring to save the war criminals.
"BNP rehabilitated the killers of the father of nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and are now conspiring to protect the war criminals," he said.
"War crime trials will be held during the tenure of the present government", he added.
