Charter review panel to meet opposition leaders, experts

Special committee on charter review has fixed tentative dates for holding dialogue with opposition leaders, proficient lawyers and prominent personalities, reports bdnews24.com. The committee would hold dialogue on Apr 24, 25 and 26 in the House, committee member and former Law Minister Advocate Abdul Matin Khasru said Saturday. "It has been decided in principle to sit with the opposition leaders and other experts in those specific dates. Committee's chairman and co-chairman will issue letters to respective individuals stating the schedule of the dialogue," Advocate Matin said. However, the former minister denied disclosing the names of the prominent figures and expert lawyers expected to sit for the dialogue.
