Chattogram, Narail road accidents kill two

Two persons were killed in separate road accidents in Chattogram and Narail districts on Tuesday, reports BSS
In Chattogram, a man was killed and another injured in a road accident at Lohagara upazila of the district on Chattogram-Cox's Bazar highway on Tuesday.
The dead could be identified as Sahinul Islam Shoayeb, 24, son of Nazim Uddin, a resident of Uttar Adhunagar of the upazila.
The accident took place in front of Lohagara Modern Community Centre around 2 pm after a truck hit a
motorcycle, leaving its pillion Shoayeb dead on the spot and the motorcyclist injured.
The injured was sent to a local hospital.
Officer-in-charge of Dohazari Highway police station Shuvo Ranjon confirmed the matter.
In Narail, a businessman was killed in a road accident at the Chowgacha bus stand on the Narail-Lohagarah highway under Sadar upazila of the district on Tuesday morning.
The deceased was identified as Imdadul Molla, 42, son of Jamal Molla of Bhurikhali village of Auria union under Sadar upazila.
Police said,"Grocery trader Imdadul died on the spot after being struck by a bus at around 10:30 am when he was crossing the road with his bike"
The body of the victim will be handed over to his relatives after completing necessary legal procedures.
