Chevron completes 40pc seismic survey in Moulvibazar gasfield

President of Chevron Bangladesh Steve Wilson Wednesday said his company has already completed 40 per cent work on the 3D seismic survey in Moulvibazar gasfield. He said the survey work began in January, and will be completed by June next. He said they anticipate a reserve of around 200 million cubic feet of gas in the field. There is no chance of any blowout like that of Magurchhora or Tengratila in the Moulvibazar gasfield, he added.— UNB
