Child killed in road mishap

A child was killed on Natore-Bogra highway at Bandar Amtala in Singra Upazila of Natore district Wednesday. The deceased was identified as Arman Ali ( 5 ), son of Afaz Uddin of village Bandar under Singra Upazila. ASI of Singra police station Nitai Chandra Saha and witnesses said, the accident took place on Natore-Bogra highway when Arman was crossing the road, a Natore-Bogra-bound passenger bus hit him leaving him dead on the spot. Police recovered the body and handed over to his family members. - Our Correspomdent
