Chinese vice-minister meets DU VC

A high level delegation led by Chinese Vice-Minister for Marine Science, Technology and Polar Affairs, CHEN Lianzeng called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice Chancellor Prof Dr AAMS Arefm Siddique at the latter's office on Thursday, said a press release.
During the meeting, they discussed matters of mutual interest, especially  strengthening existing bilateral cooperation between Bangladesh and China.
The other members of the delegation are Qiao Fangli, deputy director general of Ist Institute of Oceanography, Wu Qiang, deputy director general of National Marine Environment Forecasting Centre, Xin Hongmei, deputy director general of Department of Science and Technology, Chen Yue, deputy director general for International Cooperation, Wang Antao, deputy director for Asian and African Affairs, Department of International Cooperation of Chinese Government and Li Guanyu, third secretary of Political Division of Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh.
