Citi sweeps Asiamoney's 2008 cash management poll

Citi has been named the region's best cash management bank in the Asiamoney 2008 Cash Management Poll, said a press reelase.
In the client voted survey, Citi won both regional awards, named by respondents as the Best Cash Management Bank for Corporates and the Best Cash Management Bank for financial institutions.
This year Citi has swept both regional cash management awards in the Asiamoney Cash Management Poll.
In 2007, Citi was named by respondents polled by Asiamoney as the Best Cash Management Bank for Corporates in Asia.
In its 18th year, the annual Asiamoney Cash Management Poll is voted on by both corporate and financial institution clients.
The 2008 poll included over 2,200 corporates and 350 financial institutions, the release added.
From the corporate space, votes were cast by senior treasury officials from listed companies, multinationals, small medium enterprises (SMEs) and unlisted firms.
Individuals responsible for cash management and correspondent banking were polled for the financial institutions survey.
Speaking on the occasion, Managing Director and Regional Head of Treasury and Trade Solutions Nigel Dobson said: "Citi is extremely honoured to be named the Best Cash Management Bank in Asia by both our corporate and financial institution clients, who we are very privileged to partner with.
