For the ninth time, Citi topped AsiaMoney's Cash Management poll of polls. Citi has been the real standout for the advice it offers to corporates over the 10 years this poll has been run, said a press release.
Over the years, Asia has become the centre of the world's manufacturing, which has led to lot of trade and vast quantities of cash to manage across borders.
Asiamoney's Cash Management Poll has consistently rated which banks do the best job helping Asia's corporates and financial institutions when it comes to advising them on payments and settlements or moving money between countries and currencies.
Through the recent credit crisis, Citi has provided consistent service to its customers through global payments and clearing.
In Bangladesh, as well, Citi has been adjudged as the Best Corporate/Institutional Internet Bank by Global Finance and Best Domestic Cash Manager by Euromoney Cash Management Polls in 2008.
