Citizens Bank PLC signed a participatory agreement with Bangladesh Bank for availing refinancing facility under the central bank's refinance scheme for 'Technology Development/Upgrade of Export-Oriented Industries'. Mohammad Masoom, Managing Director and CEO of Citizens Bank, and Chowdhury Liakat Ali, Director, Sustainable Finance Department, Bangladesh Bank, signed the agreement at the Bangladesh Bank head office recently.
