City AL extended meeting Sunday

An extended meeting of Awami League’s Dhaka city unit will be held at the party’s Bangabandhu Avenue office on Sunday. The meeting was convened to make a success the programmes taken to observe the birthday of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman that falls on Monday. AL joint general secretary Jahangir Kabir Nanak MP and other leaders will be present at the meeting that is scheduled to begin at 11am. Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya, AL Dhaka City unit general secretary and also Disaster Management and Relief Minister, requested all concerned to attend the meeting on time, said a press release, according to a news agency.
