City Bank trains probationers in retail banking

City Bank recently organised a two-day orientation programme focusing on retail banking concepts and business model for the bank's 50 probationers.
The programme emphasised the change in the bank's business model and selling skills of retail loan, deposit and card products.
Head of Retail Banking Mashrur Arefin inaugurated the programme.
Deputy Managing Director (operations) Raihan ul Ameen was the chief guest at the concluding session and distributed certificates among the participants.
MD-cum-CEO K Mahmood Sattar, DMD (legal and compliance) DH Choudhury, Head of Branch Distribution Zabed Amin, Senior Manager (HRD) Monjurul Alam and other seniors officials of the bank were present during the session.
