An extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of City General Insurance Company Limited has approved the proposal of changing denomination of shares and increase authorised capital of the comapny.
The EGM was held in the city recently, said a press release.
Chairman of the company Hossain Akhtar presided over the meeting.
