Citycell 30th Nat'l Badminton Champ begins tomorrow

The Citycell 30th National Badminton Championship will begin tomorrow (Friday) in the city at 3:00 pm.
In this connection, a press conference was held at the Wooden Floor Gymnasium in the city Wednesday, said a press release.
Bangladesh Badminton Federation President Rubaba Dowla briefed the press conference while Head of Marketing of Citycell Taslim Ahmed, Managing Director, Riz Event, Rizwan Bin Farouq, tournament committee Chairman Golam Faruk Dewan and Bangladesh Badminton Federation General Secretary Mahbubur Rab were present on the occasion.
Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Youth and Sports Ministry Zahid Ahsan Russel will inaugurate the event as the chief guest.
Title sponsor of the tournament is Citycell and other sponsors are Pacific Associates, Fuwang Ceramic, Apex Footwear, Acme and Agrani Bank Limited.
About 70 teams of 245 men and 45 women are participating in the tournament from across the country.
As a media partner of this tournament ATN Bangla will telecast live all the matches.
